I see that we are building a persona object which is later pushed to datalayer of google analytics. We do that using the code I have added on the description. Here I see Object reference error at the line number which as the code Tracker.Enabled which means Tracker object is null. Any idea why this could be null only in CD?\ |

Personalization using profile and pattern cards not working in web database I have also included the caching rules applied to the rendering being personalized to the description. DO you feel their is some sitecore caching issue? I presume no as we are using same setting for all the environments and they work in all lower environments. |

Personalization using profile and pattern cards not working in web database Yes, Hishaam..I see that the tracking field is populated appropriately. I also see this issue only in PROD CD and it works fine in all lower environments including PROD CM instance. Do you think something is not configured properly here? If yes, What all settings do I need to cross verify like Analytics DB or something? Our PROD CD is behind Akamai and initially thought its cache issue but personalization does not work even in non-akamai url's. |

I don't see the profile cards to the content item I just see one icon which shows profile card dialog but not the Select profile card dialog as shown in master db. PFA screen grab. |
