Currently:

• Biomedical ontologist; also using NLP and machine learning (scikit-learn, Theano) to Get The Job Done.
• I code in Perl and increasingly, Python.
• Some Debian Linux admin experience too - comes in handy! - but the admin itself is lately just for fun. I maintain my own virtual private server for light use and experimentation.

Previously: Molecular biologist - specifically, protein biophysics, including x-ray crystallography.
