Eric graduated from Nanyang Technological University back in 2009 with a 2nd Upper Class Honours Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and Minor in Communication Studies. He is currently in the process of completing his Specialization in User Interface Design with University of Minnesota via MOOC platform Coursera.

He has more than 10 years' work experience in the engineering and financial services sectors. He started out as an engineer/ consultant for energy and water treatment systems and later progressed to sales roles in the insurance industry.

He is passionate about analysing consumers' use of software applications and provides provides relevant, practicible and commercial ideas that help software developers and product owners to deliver the best user experience on their software.
