I mostly live in the world of buildings: green buildings, energy efficiency, etc. I've done some coding in the past, and do some now to make the rest of my life go well -- as a result, I never have quite enough time to learn what I need to know, and often don't look at things often enough to stay fluent with them (example: for kicks I did the first 30 Euler Projects in order to learn some Python, but now I haven't looked at Python for several years and have forgotten much of what I'd learned). All that's a long-winded way of saying I'm exceptionally good at asking really stupid-sounding questions... I REALLY appreciate the help I've gotten here: I'm a little less fond of the downvotes and judgment, but I appreciate the intention of building a helpful community.
