I am a computer science and computational biology PhD student. My research interests are in developing algorithms and mathematical models for understanding biological processes, in particular those related to disease. Day-to-day this means implementing software and performing data analysis, mostly in Python and C. I also dabble in visualizing my analyses using D3.
