What can be posted without testing can also be downvoted without explanation.
(Adapting Hitchens's razor to Stack Overflow, and I mean code with syntax errors or which crashes or produces completely wrong results even on the provided example data. So I don't see a need to explain a downvote when they can get the explanation simply by testing, which they should've done already.)
