I do computational physics for research in plasma physics, fusion energy, and some plasma astrophysics. I'm old enough that I remember computer cards and terminals with punch tape. I'm interested in Lua, Julia, Python, and advanced algorithms for PDEs (discontinuous Galerkin methods, iterative implicit solvers, and lots of other stuff).
