I am a research biologist at Stanford University. I work entirely computationally on evolutionary questions. I also built and maintain a 160 core, 20 machine compute cluster with over 50TB of disk space. I work largely with python (particularly python3), R, and shell scripting.

My interests right now are in the medical field, with research interests in pain management, altitude sickness, and, more recently, population data in under-served communities.
