I work as a software engineer mostly using C++ and having decent knowledge of Qt framework. I also have some experience with Java, PHP, Python and Delphi.
Most of the time I tend to use Microsoft Windows.
The only VCS I ever used is Git.
Why does C++ allow us to surround the variable name in parentheses when declaring a variable?
What is the point of being able to use compile-time characteristics of non-captured local variables in a lambda?
