IT guy, relative newbie with Linux. Fell in love with Elementary OS. I've been using it for about 3 years now, since Freya was released. Before that I was hooked on Mandriva (2008.1) and loved that but since it's demise, transitioned to its fork Mageia and stayed with that for a few releases. I felt it was going downhill and bleeding developers, so started looking for something different when I came across Elementary. Loved it immediately and have been with it since. Elementary OS is the first free OS that I have donated to.
