I have alway had a passion for food, well spicy food. I was a chef for many years and have always loved making homemade hot sauces. I've never sold them professionally but have been seriously entertaining the idea. It wasnt until I joined the fire service that I realized people actually enjoy my hot sauces. Finally after years of convincing I'm going to pull the trigger and start a hot sauce company, very small company...1-2 sauces. Have found priceless information on this site and I am greatfull to be a member.
