I am a former Googler that loves toying with concurrent algorithms.

I am the author of the ConcurrentLinkedHashMap data structure used by Apache Cassandra. The algorithm was later integrated into Google's CacheBuilder (formerly MapMaker). I am now working on Caffeine, a Java 8 rewrite of Guava's cache.
