In order to truly fix this, we'd have to actually parse the HTML that users manually enter, which is a lot of effort and probably not at all worth it to catch edge cases like this.

comment StackExchange sites not working on Firefox and Chrome
Seems like someone is hijacking your clicks to try and make money off your activity. This has nothing to do with Stack Exchange though. Try disabling your plugins and looking for any suspicious programs on your computer.

comment Sometimes "Answers" is higher than "Questions" on the user profile
Appears so. Intentional? I've no idea. Likely a developer used a greater than somewhere, didn't pay attention to which one would end up on top if they were the same, and no one's really cared which one it should actually be. I'm going to say it's fine since it matches the order of the tabs above?

To expand, this is very intentional because we want to display the most relevant information first. If a user always answers questions and rarely asks them, then it makes more sense to show answers first because that's what they do more often. On the converse, for a user that only ever asks questions and rarely answers, you would want to see their questions listed first. The current behavior only becomes "inconsistent" in a sense when a user equally contributes both questions and answers to the site.

comment Can you be given a too-close-to-stop-sign citation if area was unmarked?
Yeah, the law is pretty straight-forward on this. Some jurisdictions put up No Parking signs or paint the road as a courtesy to drivers, to indicate where that 30 foot mark is at, but the sign is certainly not required for it to be illegal to park there.

comment Is a speeding ticket invalid if the listed speed is not what it was?
I have not, but as explained much more thoroughly by Dave D, in the case of a lesser speed being used, the charge isn't "wrong." You simply aren't being charged to the fullest extent of the law.

My quick search over the Internet brought up this answer from a Criminal Defense Attorney: "Criminal and traffic charges can be amended or added all the way up to trial, so the charges could be amended into two cases at anytime." - Generally a judge would only decide to accept an amendment or not if the trial has already begun, in which case you would be motioning to amend the charges.

I don't have an example, because the one I stated was an in-person experience, and the judge did not even question the officer about the amendment. It was quite literally the officer informing the judge that the charge was being changed (because he had used the wrong one).
