Xavier Decoster is a certified Technology Specialist ASP.NET/Silverlight and a Certified Scrum Master. He works for RealDolmen, one of Belgium's biggest ICT companies, as a Technical Consultant Microsoft .NET.

He has several years of experience in building Silverlight LOBs and has a keen interest in .NET (web & cloud) development, as well as development languages, methodologies and tooling.

He also coordinates and contributes to various open-source projects, such as Silverlight Advanced ToolTips, Visual Studio Debugger Visualizer, NuGet Package Explorer's first plugin and MyGet.
