I've been programming for over 20 years, and currently work in C# and SQL Server, mostly in web development. I work for a small but quickly growing company whose processes haven't been keeping up with growth and system size.

Although I'm a very senior programmer, excellent in design, analysis, and databases, I'm not so senior in web development.
