Currently completing a PhD in Condensed Matter Physics & working for the Defence, Science and Technology Organisation as a Research Scientist (Aerosols and Applied Physics).

Day to day coding is done in C and Matlab, although I have a decent understanding of many other scripting and OO languages. Working on breaking into the functional world with Scala and Haskell.
