comment How to search elements matching an xpath expression in emacs nxml-mode?
dom.el + xpath.el would do it. What I can do now is to ask for it to the nxml devs. Maybe in the next holidays I could manage to have something working, but that's unsure...

I'm actually testing a long xpath expression against an XML. So there's no way around it. I have to test this xpath so I can put it in my code. Specifically I'm writing an extension to an OpenERP view (which is done via XML) and they way they provide to match places you want to change is via Xpath. So testing my expressions is what I need.

@Drew greping for xpath in nxml code gives no results. There is an xpath.el implementation but I haven't had the time to test it. It requires dom.el to work.

My sensors indicator says this is not the case: 52ºC... I have setup an alarm when it goes beyond 80ºC...

This is actually good. I think I should promote this as the answer to my first question.

Could you try with a Group by in front of the User Java Class to see if you can reproduce my problem?

The source of those output fields is the Group By step. It seems infers the format of my all Numbers fields to be "#.#;-#.#" and at least with Spoon (pdi-ce-4.4.0-stable) I can't change the metadata of those fills to change the format... I thought I could do it as you suggested "outside" the Janino class but could find out where. That's why I had to do it that way... If you find any solution let me know.

I have managed to print the #.#### numbers. Gist updated. Thanks.

Scratch last comment... The solution in the gist is working BUT the numbers I see have the wrong precision, so they all show 1.4 instead of 1.3845 (for instance), ie. they are being rounded to one decimal. Sow I have to figure out how to change the precision of the output fields....

Hi Marcus, Thanks for the tips. It's Java but I'll manage. The provided script is not working AS-IF cause the data.inputRowMeta.getString(r, i) will always be null for non-string fields, like my currency exchange rate data. I've tried the getNumber and even replaced the condition with the isNull(r, i) but it won't work either the first row values is being copied forever. In gist.github.com/mvaled/eb5e043e0d625c824751 I show the current method I'm trying.

comment Hotkeys stop working when change. How to troubleshoot?
They point to the same page I said wasn't giving enough information wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage#Hotkeys... Basically both pages say that I should detect which component is causing the failure, but they fail to give instructions on how to do it... :(

Well... Actually the challenge would be to find the right package that causes this bug.
