comment Is there way to offset timezone in Cassandra using nodejs connectors?
CQL3 Timestamps are stored as milliseconds since unix epoch, the same way a EcmaScript Date is internally represented. The Date returned by the driver is correct, if you want to give a different string representation of the Date than the EcmaScript default, you should use something to change it like the package to recommend it. You should not change the row values, you just change the string representation when you need it.

comment Best way to import data into Cassandra Cluster in c#
The best tool for these scenarios is the Cassandra bulk loader: docs.datastax.com/en/cassandra/2.1/cassandra/tools/…

comment Handling All Nodes Down in Cassandra when using DataStax C# Driver
You should call Cluster.Shutdown() once in your app lifetime, ideally after no more queries have been issued.

comment Failover not working with Cassandra when using DataStax C# Driver
I recommend you that you enable tracing in the driver to understand what is going on: there wasn't an issue with the failover, the issue was that the driver was never connected to the second node.

It's how it is broadcasted not how the nodes connect to each other. You should see that the nodes are communicating each other using nodetool status.

I understand but in your case you should use listen_address for your private ip and broadcast_rpc_address for your public ip.
