Martin Hinshelwood aims to help organisations create working software that meets their business need. He acts as an agent for change within organisations to help them implement continuous feedback in their development processes and move towards delivering continuous value in their software.
Martin is a Senior ALM Consultant at Northwest Cadence in the USA, and had the honour of being not only an Microsoft Visual Studio ALM MVP for 2013 but also named Microsoft Visual Studio ALM MVP of the year 2011 and Visual Studio ALM Ranger Champion for 2011. In his pursuit of working software he knows that tools will not solve all problems and he participates in many process communities including being a Professional Scrum Trainer. He regularly writes on his blog Naked ALM, and speaks often on Scrum, good practices and Visual Studio Team Foundation Server.
