I am committed to the development of concrete implementations demonstrating the impact of research that I conduct. I believe a strong implementation is necessary to effectively communicate and evaluate a research contribution. As a result, I strive to grow as a Software Engineer to support my research as a Computer Scientist.
I consistently challenge myself to expand my technical skillset and discover new programming paradigms to help me build robust software. I'll never take the half-baked approach to software development. Instead, I prefer to evaluate each technical challenge and make implementation decisions based on the software's current state and potential future needs. The knowledge I gain through this process enables me to make technically sound decisions when quickly prototyping and/or developing a new system.
