I can see how my comment might have come off rude, I'm sorry about that. Thanks a lot for the help, I do appreciate it a lot. I'm just frustrated after trying to figure this out all day. I just meant by missuse that it breaks the whole idea of chaining if you have to define and handle ever call's erros and responses.

But that totally missuses the chaining/piping of promises. I could do that kind of code using normal callbacks.

It does not seem to be a problem with webapi actually but with the help package. The webapi controller is responding fine. But the Help Area view are not found?

Check stackoverflow.com/questions/4421381/how-to-rotate-text-in-gdi for rotating GDI+ text. Also check stackoverflow.com/questions/2966316/… because you would in this case have to write and rotate the text on another bitmap and then super impose it over the picture.
