comment Why don’t fixed gear bikes have brakes?
@jeffo I don't skid. And there is absolutely no need for a rear brake - epsecially on a fixed gear. I think the reason that makes the most sense is that a person is used to riding a bike with both brakes and uses that hand. For example - most bikes in the US are set up with the rear brake on the right hand - usually the stronger/dominant hand. I set my front brake on the right bar on my fixie.

comment What are some time tested passive income streams?
@IntegrityFirst You can 'think' that - but all my years of experience indicate otherwise. Why would a management company take on all that work for no money? And even if I could 'sell' or 'negotiate' a deal like you propose - I would be stupid to think that a company would do a good job for 5% of the gross. that is unrealistic.

comment What are some of the necessary job positions in an app development company?
If you don't know then you don't need to hire someone. If you have no budget and no work for a person to do why are you asking about hiring?

comment How to treat innovation at startups?
Are you sure it is good for startups to innovate across the board? I think it is far too risky to push innovation as central to startups. Innovation on one or two primary concepts is fine, but to innovate on everything is not my idea of a path to success
