I've been programming for many years and have covered a lot of territory, VB, C/C++, PHP and my current favorite, Python. I've worked in process control, embedded systems, retail software and web applications. I've recently started writing Rich Intranet Apps using jQuery, AJAX and JSON, which is a lot of fun and quite challenging.

My wife and I are long distance cyclists and, weather permitting, are out on the bikes as much as possible. We're roadies, so if you see us, wave and try not to run us off the road! :)
