How to deal with a colleague who mocks me? That's a nice view but I am not sure I agree with that:"Bullies tend to pester those who won't fight back". I thought that the opposite was valid. Some other questions: How can I deny receiving help from him? OK, I can imagine may scenarios but it is not applicable at all times. Can you give me one example of how to make him the laughingstock? If I talk about my accomplishments, I afraid that it maybe be considered as bragging and that's a good reason for the others to dislike you. Is it valid? |

Unfortunately, there are no hard facts(he can say that he was just kidding for example) and I am not sure that the other teamates, who of course should have noticed it, will care about giving a solution as long as it doesnt affect them. |
