I love startups! After spending 4 years in a large multinational, I joined a startup telecom company and got infected by the "start from scratch" bug. Then I joined a tech startup... and helped it grow to an established company. I've invested most of my energy and creativity in helping the company grow, and I've been here for the past 7 years! I still consider it a special startup, and I'll stick around until that startup spirit is gone... for now, I don't see it dimming... I have a degree in Computer Engineering, and over 13 years experience in the IT industry, although I've never been a developer. On my free time I'm a free surfer (at, least I try to whenever I have a break from trying to raise 2 kids), and musician.
