I specialize in dealing with the "gorilla in the room." The GitR is part "Elephant in the Room" - the obvious truth that is being ignored, and part "800 Pound Gorilla" - something that is so powerful that it can act without regard to the desires. The GitR is that looming problem that has the power to crush your project into dust and leave the team wondering what was the license plate of the bus they were just thrown under.

I work across all methodologies, focusing on helping the people doing the work be better teams. Your project/product is only as good as the sum of our team. This means you make a better team, you make a better product.
