When does the daytime job retire Quick update: It's been 2+ years and all three partners are full-time and we have four full-time staff and a network of contractors. Take the plunge, I wish I would have done it years ago. ;-) |

How to tap an existing market? That doesn't mean they are happy with the competition. Checking out the competitions forums, problem boards, etc, might be a good idea. |

How to nail down requirement when the customer is not sure what s/he wants? Yeah, it can be difficult to explain to clients, but we've found that it's the only sane way to do business. Sometimes you have to walk away from clients if they don't understand the value of the Discovery process. It's up to you to sell the long-term value of Discovery. |
