comment What is a good tool and format for representing and communicating the design content of a survey?
@naught101 The question asks for "good ways to communicate the logical design of the survey to the programmer". Google Docs is a collaborative document editing software that is freely available to anyone with a Google account (which is just about everyone), and ridiculously easy to use. The perfect tool for the needs stated.
