XCode is really a bad environment to code iPhone apps in ... Apple should checkout Visual Studio .NET and copy the development environment. Also while they are at it copy .NET Framework for Windows Mobile. Much easier to code .NET apps in C# for Windows Mobile. Not that this has stopped anyone from coding a bazillion apps for iPhone lol.
