I am a development lead based in the UK.

My professional development experience is now about 14 years and has been varied.

I mostly use PHP these days, in an unusual configuration because our applications are Windows based.

My more distant background is actually in Windows applications, Windows services and web services, and web applications in C# .NET. I was writing web applications back when Javascript was for setting the status bar and creating roll over images (and that was cool!).

I have worked extensively with PHP, Perl, C++, Borland C, Visual Basic, and .Net and I am ancient enough to have worked on projects based around MFC and the Windows api, and written web applications based on ISAPI and libcgi.

I am MCP and MCAD certified.
