You still are not showing your own attempt to solve the problem.. You need to read the Pandas library documentation...it has some decent examples that my get you going in the right direction...You for the most part only need to import Pandas not all the NP imports,,, You have not shown your output.

You do from pandas import DataFrame and not from pd import DataFrame ? Since you have imported pandas as pd the latter may work better.. But as others suggested it seems that perhaps you have a bad install of Pandas on the python installation

what does type(df_geo_in) say at different points? is it a dataframe? or a series? in any event you might be wanting df_geo_in.fromdict() ?? df has no meaning unless you defined it.. You might need pd.DataFrame(df_geo_in)
