comment How do I deal with traps in Pillars of Eternity?
It's not a bug in the pathfinding code. Sometimes you just say "screw it" and walk over the trap and take the damage if you don't have any other options. If pathfinding prevented that, it would remove that option.

comment Where exactly do my blood echoes go when I die?
I wonder if bosses can pick them up. That idea is frightening.

comment Where exactly do my blood echoes go when I die?
I agree, but I know I've definitely gotten my souls back on a kill rather than picking them up off the ground.

comment Are "What can I do with..." questions on-topic?
I think the solution here is to fix the bullet point text, rather than allow questions that pretty much are the definition of "too broad" close reason to be on-topic.

comment Are "What can I do with..." questions on-topic?
I'm not sure you need to go to the trouble of creating a new close reason. "Too Broad" captures the problem just fine... there are an infinite number of answers because the question is basically just "Hey, think up some things to do involves <x>"

comment Bridge Movie Night 3: The Search For Popcorn
Movies about time travel and their implications that adamantly refuse to discuss the time travel annoy me. Their take on how it worked didn't have any internal consistency. Plus, while the idea of "closing the loop" sounds interesting and is clearly the idea that drove them to make the whole movie in the first place, when you actually stop to think about it, it's a concept that really makes no logical sense for the either in principle or execution by the guy who is ordering it. Plus, there's a point where Willis is clearly outgunned, yet "wins" off-camera. The whole movie felt lazy to me.
