comment Ubuntu 14.04 Apache 2.4.7 404 Not Found
There were no errors. I figured that I have to locate all the folders under var/www/html now. Before I was able to relocate the folder anywhere as long as the path to the directory is the same. For some reason it returns an error if I locate the directory outside of var/www/html/

comment Fixed Footer overlapping content?
What the others said, it would be helpful if you put up either an outside link (like JsFiddle) so we can see the code and everything... Right now it's incomplete. But something to point out, If you have an empty div container with clear: both between the main container and the footer. Also, to have a height: 100% for the main container.

comment Stack divs next to each other
Is this just with CSS hardcoded, etc or are you willing to use jquery? If so, you can use Masonry to make it easier and faster than doing things by yourself. Here's the link: masonry.desandro.com

comment Iphone screens- Div not 100%, background image not 100% and wrapper is not centered
You shouldn't just provide a link to your website. You need to actually provide us with more than that like what you've tried / what your css/html/jquery/php/etc are for to take a look at. Screenshots of what it looks like on an iphone vs desktop...

Do you happen to have a sample of this that we can take a look at?

comment CSS and Wordpress: remove padding from element
It's not recommended, but have you tried putting padding-top: 0px !important; instead? It will force it to remove the padding-top for the element.
