comment Test for high resolution laptop on low resolution laptop
Hey, thanks - didn't know about browserstack, thats super useful. I ended up making my media query more specific to do resolution AND width. Furthermore, I kinda asked a question and solved it in a way that wasn't in the answers here - for StackOverflow, not sure what the policy is for marking the right answer? (I just dont wanna be a dick, all the info was super useful)

Hey, thanks for the help! The developer tools in Chrome weren't showing "Device Metrics" section, as far as I could see. (Mac or PC) Also, I realized my media query was only targeting resolution, so I just did resolution AND screen width. I was specifically doing a thing where if the screen was so narrow, then hide certain divs; so when I went to the MacBook Pro, it was hiding things that I only wanted hidden on the iPhone retina screens. Width was the solution. Thank you for the resources though, the Firefox and IE tools are definitely things I didn't know about.

comment Text Popups on Kindle Devices?
Thanks for the comment. Was just on the phone with them yesterday, trying to figure out how to do it with or without their software. Still no dice either way. I'll leave this is, Graphic Design was the closest I could find on StackExchange, thanks though!

comment How do you change iBooks UI format for graphic novel?
So, the graphic novel we had wasn't 100% pictures, there were some text pages. So, the epub was validated and we were able to submit. But Fixed Layout ePubs were what I needed. We ended up trying CircularFlo and Aquafadas Publishing tools to achieve it. Thanks everyone!

Hey, so I'm not sure if the Wright Bros comic had text that was added after or just part of the image. I know for the one I'm editing, it's all lettered and part of one image, so unless I have invisible divs with the same text content, it's just going to be text as an image. Also, I'm using Lynda.com and Fixed Layout epubs ended up being what I was looking for. When we submit to Amazon and iTunes, I'll post back here on any issues I run into (given that I will have to be editing the code and revalidating) Thank you for your comments though, I really appreciate it!

Hmm, okay. In that imgur link though, I bought that book off of the iBooks Store and none of the text seems to be highlightable. Do you know how they would have gotten around it? Thanks so much for the comment, I appreciate the help.
