comment How to setup a remote SMTP connection to Exchange Online Protection / Exchange?
My web server (VPS) is hosted on GoDaddy, I can confirm outbound port 25 is blocked. I have tested port 587 and that port is NOT blocked, however example-com.mail.protection.outlook.com doesn't accept 587...

Have you tested this? I just tried your solution with Outlook 2010 and it doesn't work.

This solution works great but I'd like to understand what you're doing here. I get the basic concept of closures... a closure is a function inside a function. The inside or child function can access variables from the parent function.... but what is happening when you put (a) in parentheses on the line before a = 3?

comment SQL How to find carts that only contain specific cart items?
This approach works great. Your example is a tad off, ci.cart_id_pk before IN is suppose to be ci.cart_id_fk or c.cart_id_pk.

There will not be multiple apples. I ran this query but it never finished, I interrupted the execution after a couple minutes. I ran Amber's query, it successfully executed in less than one second. Could the count function be causing performance issues? There are about 20,000 records in my cart table and 40,000 in the items table.
