comment Guide me on how to use my Mindstorm RCX kit on OS X Mavericks
I struggled with backwards-compatibility with NQC myself. A couple months ago I made the switch to leJOS, so far its been great.

comment Typeahead.js not showing dropdown
Once when I was using typeahead.js, I ran into a similar issue where the window wouldn't open - it turns out it was a CSS issue. Try checking in the Chrome debugger if the dropdown menu appears as an element.

comment How to "program" a bag that holds multiples types of things?
The problem with making an ArrayList of type Object is that you then have to cast anything you take out of it before being able to use it in a meaningful way. Use an interface or abstract class - if you don't know what these are, read about them, because they are a fundamental component of Java.

comment ArrayList Error, Tic-Tac-Toe Non-Functional Bug
Have you considered a more elegant approach? I taught some students once how to code a tic tac toe AI, and we learned that all you need to do is a small set of rules before you get ideal game play. Nowhere near as complicated as this.

comment PHP & MYSQL - Limit user in database per day?
You should use MySQL's built-in LIMIT selector: dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/select.html. I know the documentation is verbose, but I highly recommend taking a quick pass through it so you're familiar with all of the things you can do directly through MySQL.

If all you're doing is arithmetic, have you considered using a simpler algorithm like Shunting Yard? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shunting-yard_algorithm

comment PHP & MYSQL - Limit user in database per day?
@SRC I added a good resource below, as for limiting the database value you'd have to bake that into your application logic, i.e. storing the database value + 1 and performing some specific code if it is above 100.

Have you tried R::freeze()? Freezing the schema significantly reduces memory footprint.

comment What should a framework have?
You need a router as well, here's a simple example: github.com/Codingbean/Macaw. You should be able to route requests to appropriate handlers, and ideally have a sexy ORM like RedBeanPHP: redbeanphp.com. Once you get something basic working, try baking the SQL commands directly into the framework. However, I strongly support the suggestion of @halfer to not make your own - reinventing the wheel is a terrible programming habit.

comment How to output Multidimensional Arrays PHP
@EdCottrell I'm pretty sure the reason it's not working is because of what you just described, i.e. the keys not being enclosed in quotation marks.
