I have been working in the Microsoft stack for about 12 years now, and have used many of their technologies. For Windows development, my most practiced platform of recent times is Silverlight MVVM with RIA Services. My recommendation for working on Windows development is WPF MVVM backed by WCF services.

In process of learning to work in OSX and learning Python, and returning to PostgreSQL after many years. This is long overdue.
