I’m a Kanban and Agile enthusiast, and as such, I’m doing my best to help my fellow colleagues to be better at their profession. It is also important to me to give ideas back to the community and exchange practical things with others, so I started the Budapest Lean and Kanban Meetup group, where organise events and keep presentations and workshops.

Professional career and more details on my website.

comment In Scrum, is a Scrum Master position higher than a Product Owner?
Sure, why not, but it is very rare. Usually PO comes from the organisation and keeps in touch with the customer.

comment What department does a scrum master ideally belong to?
I understand that, and I have seen this several times during the last 10 years, but I pretty certain that you cannot avoid it. When I talk to an SM in the same position as you are in, I tell them not to fight with the title, because the administration details are connected to it, and that won't change. Have a proper work description, and behave different and the title won't matter much.

comment What problems can be diagnosed from a Scrum Cumulative Flow Burnup?
That makes sense (that's one reason why I don't like Scrum). In this case try working on 1 maximum two user stories until you are done with them - like really; be in production. You need about 7 days to deliver 70 points, and that's too much. Try to move the "hockey stick" to the left as much as possible (you'll have multiple ones in this case, but less steep).
