Steve is CTO of Garlik, a high tech financial services company which produces software protecting users from online crime.

Garlik uses a lot of RDF and Semantic Web technologies internally to provide it's services. Steve has worked on the design of RDF stores for over ten years.

Steve is also an editor of the SPARQL 1.1 Query specification.
