Hello! I am a coffee-fueled *nix-lover, dvorak-user, and computer engineer. I work as a design engineer at Ettus Research in Mountain View, CA.

I graduated from Virginia Tech in December of 2008 with a B.S. in Computer Engineering and minors in Computer Science and Mathematics and promptly began grad school. In April of 2011, I earned my M.S. in Computer Engineering.

My interests include: Wireless Communications, Embedded Systems, Computer and Processing Architectures, Network and Information theory and security, Parallel Computing, and Operating Systems.

I formally taught Uechi-Ryu Karate at VT, and have a HAM license that I unfortunately never have time to use (KJ4DDR).

In my free time, I enjoy backpacking & hiking, good books, Geocaching, anomalous materials, and frisbee golf.
