Decent at math and computers, I'd eventually end up programming after a few transitional years through the wholesale loan industry, using e-commerce as a stepping stone to progress into web programming.
I had taken a couple computer classes previously (typing, basic web design and photo editing), mostly in high school. My skills remained mostly dormant for a time, until I got a position in the e-commerce industry. Originally maintaining product website data, I progressively started to do more work to the site itself. The rest is as it stands today.
