I live to create applications that can solve the biggest problems our society faces! My passion is turning data-sets into knowledge that helps us better understand our world as well as make better decisions.
After earning my B.S. in Computer Science, I have been developing many types of software solutions on various platforms. Most recently, I have been creating database-centric windows applications used to operate and process radar measurements using: C#, WPF (using MVVM), Entity Framework 5 (Code First), and WCF. I have also developed web applications for the State of California in ASP.NET, and have helped that department diagnose and fix MS SQL Server database performance problems.
Additionally, I have had the opportunity to present system designs and concepts to various technical and non-technical audiences.
In my spare time, and as part of my field of study, I develop applications for the Android platform.
Currently, I am part of a Masters Degree program at CSU East Bay. Previously, I completed a machine learning course offered by Stanford University as well as various other courses on training sites such as Pluralsight and MIT OpenCourseWare.
