comment Multiple vs single field capture for phone number form input
For the second approach, why not auto-tab? Ex: for the first textbox user types in 3 characters. When user types in the fourth character, automatically focus on the next textbox.

Instead of the ForEach loop, try a for loop.

comment Which way do arrows point on a tabbed web page?
My thoughts exactly. Although, pointing doesn't add much to the UX. But if you need an arrow, it would make sense to point it towards the content, instead of itself. It dictates somewhat of a relationship between the selected tab and its content.

comment Dealing with attire mishaps mid-day
I once spilled super cold water on myself. Good thing I didn't have any meetings, and lunch was in a hour. I asked my manager and he said I could take an early lunch and get a new t-shirt. That's what I did. Still, having a shirt is always handy. I usually keep an extra pair of clothes in my car, for any emergency.

comment I want to stop procastination and Improve my career on software developement
Hmm...Sounds like a boring job. Time to look for a new job? I would recommend a startup, because they are a lot more fast paced, with more responsibilities, and newer technologies. They can burn you out though. Nevertheless, when you start procrastinating at work, its probably because there's no excitement and things are getting boring/repetitive.

@O.R.Mapper To me "transaction failed" sounds like, "Ok transaction failed. The money is still there". "Something went wrong" isn't as reassuring. Like Cornstalks said, it could mean many things. On the other hand something like "Something went wrong. Don't worry, you money is safe with us." would also assure the user.

@Ally I agree. When it comes to finance, it is serious business. As a user, I think I would appreciate a more specific answer like "Looks like the Transaction failed. Please try again", rather than "Something went wrong.", which is too vague.

comment What use does the ID have in style tag
@wonderwhy Yeah, its pure speculation at this point. Unless someone from Twitter comments, we may never know why "they" do it. =)

@wonderwhy There could be a hundred reasons behind it. You can go through their JS to figure out what they're doing. Generally speaking, this is not good practice. Maybe they might be using at a stylizer? Swap out the style tag to update theme or something? Idk. Could be lots of reasons. Or maybe just a label for the purpose of the style/script tag.

comment What use does the ID have in style tag
This question is pretty vague. ID/Class attribute is not required on a style element. But if a developer needs to get to that style element to do something out of the ordinary, then they would do that. Personally, I've never seen such hacks.

comment Should I stop fighting Visual Studio's default namespace naming convention?
If you look at MVC Source code aspnetwebstack.codeplex.com/SourceControl/latest#src, you'll notice that they actually do stick to the folder namespace pattern. The Extension classes aren't in any subfolders. And any subfolders with one or more class have the subfolder in the namespace. Interesting.
