I have worked in startups for the vast majority of my career. The only BigCo I worked for was Tandem/Compac/HP for the first year of my Career.

I'm now a member of a pure XP team and it's the first time I've been involved in a truly Agile process. I am absolutely a Rails junkie. I worked for 6 years on a team that used Python exclusively, and I really dislike Java.
