I'm a Research Fellow in Systems Biology at Harvard, working on oncogene addiction and TRAIL resistance. Much of the data I collect comes from live-cell high-throughput microscopy, so a great deal of work involves computer vision approaches. My scientific interests include mechanistic modeling of signal transduction processes, parameter estimation, optimization, and machine learning of every kind. And yes, also a lot of bench work.

On stackoverflow, you will find posts from me related to C, C++, Objective-C, Java, Python, MATLAB, SQL, algorithms in general, and on computer vision and iOS.

You can contact me at my display name without the dot, at alumni.stanford.edu.
