comment Accessing an IPv6 server with an IPv4 address?
Thinking more about it, haproxy would allow clients that don't speak ipv6 to reach the server over ipv4, but the server still needs to be listening on ipv6. The whole problem is that the server programs I'm using behave badly with ipv6, and no amount of proxying will fix that. I guess I just have to bug the server program authors.

comment Accessing an IPv6 server with an IPv4 address?
I actually have a VPS with a static ipv4 address that I could use as a proxy, though configuring haproxy sounds like quite an adventure.

@miken32 Plex, Transmission's web UI, and Sonarr. You know, important stuff.

comment Piping from request.js to s3.upload results in a zero byte file
I didn't get it working with request.js, but I'm using the "follow-redirects" module to make the native http/https handle redirects.

comment stream response from nodejs request to s3
I'm having this same problem -- this answer is helpful but the file on s3 ends up being zero bytes. Piping the same request to disk results in a valid file.
