comment Create and use an AppDomain vNext
For something super basic, look at github.com/aspnet/Entropy/tree/dev/samples/Runtime.CustomLoader. This affects the default load context, which you may not want to do. But you can get the IAssemblyLoadContextFactory as well.

comment Create and use an AppDomain vNext
There's actually a much cooler feature in CoreCLR called AssemblyLoadContext. It's the ability to load assemblies into their own "space" without the overhead of an app domain. You don't have to worry about marshaling or serialization.

comment How come SignalR Groups field of HubBase class it not static
Because the GroupManager implementation is created with the same data. You can have 10 machines with different hub instances being created and destroyed and the IGroupManager instance being static or non static has no bearing on whether messages get delivered to the same group or not.

comment How to recieve the Events from .NET using Python
Sounds like you need to write a SignalR python client from scratch or find if somebody else has written one.

comment Is it possible to broadcast a notification to the client when a certain file appears on the server using SignalR
Sure it totally sounds possible. Though there's nothing automatic that will write this up for you. Take a look at the stock ticker sample to learn how to use the SignalR API to send updates to the client from outside of the hub.

comment Can chunked transfer encoding be disabled for SignalR when using server-sent events?
Chunked transfer encoding is how those transports (SSE, Forever Frame) function in the first place. It's like asking how you can avoid using those transports at all. If you don't want chunking, then use long polling.

comment What is the aspnet50 target framework, and can I reference it from VS2013?
It's not really. When you use a package with aspnet50 and it ends up not working at runtime in a vanilla .NET application, then we'll have this conversation again.

I don't think that changes anything I said.

comment What is the aspnet50 target framework, and can I reference it from VS2013?
That's pretty wrong :). We made a new platform to make it incompatible with existing .NET 4.5.x projects. It'll likely "work" until it doesn't and you'll get an obscure failure
