I'm from Auchterarder, Scotland and am currently working on an apprenticeship in structural engineering. However, as I handle the company IT infrastructure, website development and internal management software development, I've gained a considerable amount of experience in web development. More specifically, I have worked extensively in Javascript, PHP, ASP.NET C# and, obviously, HTML 5 and CSS 3. Finally, I've worked with both MySQL and SQL databases and have experience in database design.

Over the next few months I intend to expand my understanding of C# programming and use this as a precursor to C++ development - which would allow me to begin working on desktop applications as well as webstes and web applications.
