Mark works as a software consultant at Air Liquide (Asia-Pacific), in Singapore. He is currently involved in developing, deploying, and maintaining large scale enterprise ERP systems in the Asia-Pacific region. Mark graduated from the University of Westminster, where he spent a number of years learning how to design and develop software intensive systems. Although his primary strength and experience converges on Microsoft .Net technologies, Mark has worked in many other areas such as C, C++, and Web Development.
In his previous and current tenure as a software engineer and developer, Mark has developed a wide range of web applications, distributed client-server systems, standalone desktop applications, integrations with a globally acclaimed Anti-Virus Engine, Web CMS systems, SOA components, Reporting systems, ERP system implementations, and a complex-workflow installer for a distributed system. He also has first-hand experience in dealing and working with ISV customers, as well as end users in various consumer domains.
In his spare time, Mark dabbles in game design and development, which is a passion and a hobby. He is passionate about discussing and blogging about various topics on software development, scientific computing, game programming, and mathematics.
