My RPGs are collaborative storytelling. I love conversation scenes and emergent settings. I'm interested in the influence of environment (at the table and in the game world) on play.
USEFUL/INTERESTING LINKS: Worldbuilding & the Okapi's Butt; Making the Tough Decisions; goblin dice; abstractions are leaky; print-&-fold minis; Paradigms of Play; papercraft dice tower; consequences as positive currency (Fate); Making Superman Truly Invulnerable (Fate Core); Rick Neal's essays (DFRPG); Level 1 Equivalent Damage (4e); improved skill challenges (4e); No Such Thing as D&D.

CURRENT RPG HABITS: Our major game is a serial campaign about Weird Stuff using Atomic Robo rules, interspersed with single-session games in other systems. I'm the primary GM, but everyone takes a turn sometimes.
CONTEMPORARY GAMING: Mostly fate games like fate-core, fate-accelerated, and atomic-robo, but occasionally we run cthulhu-dark, lady-blackbird, great-ork-gods, and roll-for-shoes. I'm experimenting with game design too, including a FAE hack about holy werewolves and a psychological thriller inspired by My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
GAMING HISTORY: Started in dnd-3.5e and dnd-4e. Dabbled in do-potft, 13th-age, microscope, dresden-files, Dresden Files Accelerated (playtest), dogs-in-the-vineyard/The Princes' Kingdom, my-life-with-master, storium, mage-the-ascension, A Penny For My Thoughts, dont-rest-your-head, and Stargate SG-1.
CHARACTER NOTE: Never short on Opinions and overambitious Ideas. I want to play a shulassakar and a musteval, and I have an elaborate SG-1 campaign I suspect I'll never get to run.
